Have you have any idea, that why today’s children are wearing similar dress to the school ?, Yes, what you think was correct,the equality agenda will come to your mind. However there is some more bits of history needed to be added up to it, so let’s begin

The first uniform was seen in 1222 by England school, they were made to wear a robe like dress called ‘cappa clausa‘, after the cappa clausa period , the modern uniforms came to the existence by 16th century.During the 16th century the Christ schools ordered to wear the uniforms compulsory in blue and yellow format.

Then they associated in the form of classes like old tradition as upper classes. so the private and prep schools at British started to wear uniforms. Then this criteria is discussed for diversification to all the classes, so all the classes of people can wear the uniforms, how rich their parents maybe, the school children have to wear the uniforms in order to not cultivate the wealth of their parents in their mind.

The Indian people also got intimidated by the British and they also started to implement the uniform, The Indian education is class of 1- 12 grades and they are distributed as public and private schools, each generating 2,60,000 graduates a year, the urban people and rural people both have started to make a practice of wearing uniforms.

The 20th century has started to produce so many different uniforms according to their schools, the uniform pattern may depend upon their traditional values, personal interest and their ideas and the manufacture of these uniforms are also wide spread like schools.
